Retail Reborn ….
1Retail adds the elements necessary to deliver a complete Retail experience from within Acumatica!
“1Retail Point of Sale adds the ability to process both a full suite of Point of Sale transactions as well as Sales Orders, Invoices and Payments from a single user-friendly retail system.”
The 1Retail Point of Sale module can process both types of transactions in real time either connected (on the same physical network) or distributed (connected through the web) to your ERP data.
Order management technology underpins omni-channel systems.
Traditional Point of Sale Systems have relied on strong integration to Inventory Control Data. In order to implement an Omni channel strategy in your organization your existing Point of Sale System must be capable of processing Sales Order transactions as well as traditional Point of Sale transactions. To ensure accuracy, the transactions “must be processed in (or near) real time”.
One more step, transitioning to omni-Channel with 1Retail Point of Sale
Adding the ability to process payments (cash, credit and electronic), returns or credit notes, layaway’s and integrating all aspects of this data processing to your ERP system will convert your omni-channel solution to “Unified Commerce” solution. “Unified Commerce” systems are the holy grail of retail transaction processing and for the most part is currently unavailable to most businesses.
1Retail Point of Sale is the next generation of Point of Sale. We’ve added the ability to process Sales Orders and Invoices from Acumatica Orders and invoices from the point of sale in addition to the full suite of point of sale transactions. This means that a customer purchasing products online from a web store can designate pickup of that product at any of your physical retail stores or warehouses. If they wish to return the product, simply taking that product to one of your retail stores and processing a return (or Credit Note) is all that is necessary. Real Time Access to the company Order Processing, inventory and any other relevant data ensures the timely, accurate processing of the returned goods. If a refund is required, this can easily be processed and accurately accounted for in the cash counting features (cash out) of the point of sale system.
